The Quran Had
the Answers
the Whole Time.

Everything the self-help industry charges thousands for, the Quran said first. And it said it better. And it said it 1,400 years earlier.

The Mirror โ€” Book Cover

You've done the affirmations. The vision boards. The journaling. The law of attraction stuff.

You've watched every video, read every book, tried every technique.

And you're still stuck.

I was too. I was making three thousand dollars a month in Canada with a biomedical sciences degree. I read The Secret twice. I followed Napoleon Hill. I did the vision boards, the gratitude journals, the 5AM routines. All of it.

My bank account was negative. My relationships were draining me. I felt like I was doing everything "right" and getting nothing back.

That was me. Negative $1,157 in my account.

Then I sat with the Quran differently.

I stopped reading it the way I was taught growing up. I stopped rushing through Arabic for reward. I started reading it like it was talking to me. About my money. About my relationships. About what was actually happening inside me.

I started discovering that the stories of the prophets weren't just history. They were mirrors. Every story Allah tells in the Quran is describing something happening inside you right now. Your fears, your patterns, your beliefs, your potential.

Within months, my income jumped to the top one percent. My relationships transformed. My health changed. Everything shifted.

CA$745.8K. Same person. Different inner state.

I spent two years writing down everything I found.

Every connection. Every pattern. Every ayah that maps onto something the self-help world charges thousands for.

The Mirror physical book

Inside this book, you'll find

โœฆ

Why 95% of your behavior runs on a program that was installed before you could question it, and how the Quran teaches you to rewrite it

โœฆ

The mirror law. Your outer world can only show you what's already inside. Change the inside, the outside has no choice.

โœฆ

What the prophet stories are really about. They're not history lessons. Every one of them describes something happening inside you right now.

โœฆ

The prayer formula Ibrahim, Musa, and Sulaiman all used. It's hidden across dozens of surahs. Nobody talks about it.

โœฆ

Why repeating a Name of Allah 10,000 times does nothing if you're doing it wrong, and what to do instead

โœฆ

A 10-second practice I call the Flash Meditation. No app. No equipment. Builds the kind of awareness monks spend decades chasing.

โœฆ

How to sit with the Quran and let it speak to you directly, without a degree, a teacher, or anyone's permission

โœฆ

The real meaning of tawakkul, sabr, and rizq that changes your finances, your relationships, and your inner peace

Book interior spread with diagrams

This book is for two kinds of people.

The Muslim who grew up hearing the Quran recited but never understood what it was actually saying to them. Who went to the masjid, prayed, fasted, but still felt like something was missing. Who never connected the Quran to their money, their mental health, their relationships, their purpose.

And the person who's been deep in the consciousness and manifestation world. Who's read Think and Grow Rich, Becoming Supernatural, The Power of Now. Who felt the truth in those books but always sensed there was something deeper behind all of it.

This book is what they were all pointing toward.

This is not a tafsir. This is not a religious lecture.

I'm not a scholar. I don't have a degree in Arabic or theology. I have a biomedical sciences degree and a soul that wouldn't stop asking questions.

This book is what happened when I stopped reading the Quran for reward and started reading it for answers. When I stopped treating it like a ritual and started treating it like a mirror.

And when I looked into that mirror, everything changed.

23 chapters. 5 parts. 271 pages.

Full color interior with 38 original diagrams and figures. Opening Quranic ayah for every chapter. Prophet stories decoded. Prayer formulas revealed. Practical exercises you can start using today.

The Mirror in all three formats: hardcover, paperback, and digital

Available in Paperback, Hardcover, and Digital Edition.

Questions

Do I need to know Arabic to read this?

+

No. The book is written entirely in English. When Quranic ayat are referenced, they're translated and explained in context. You don't need any background in Arabic, Islamic studies, or theology.

Is this a religious book or a self-help book?

+

Both. And neither. It's a book about what happens when you actually sit with the Quran and let it speak to your life. It draws on the Quran, prophet stories, neuroscience, and the author's personal experience. It doesn't fit neatly into one category.

I'm not Muslim. Will this still be relevant to me?

+

Many of the principles in this book are universal. If you've studied consciousness, manifestation, or personal development, you'll recognize the concepts. The Quran just gets there from a different angle, and in the author's experience, a deeper one.

What's the difference between paperback, hardcover, and digital?

+

The content is identical across all three. The paperback and hardcover have a full color interior with 38 original diagrams and figures. The hardcover has a premium matte case laminate finish. The digital edition is available for immediate download.

Is this a tafsir or scholarly interpretation?

+

No. The author is not a scholar and does not claim to be one. This is a personal exploration of what the Quran revealed to someone who sat with it honestly and asked real questions about their life.

How long will it take to read?

+

The book is 271 pages across 23 chapters. Most readers finish it in 5-7 days. But this isn't a book you read once. Every chapter will hit differently depending on where you are in your life.

Who is Mohammed Al-Ubaidy?

+

A Canadian with a biomedical sciences degree, a YouTube channel with over 300,000 subscribers (@ReachMohammed), and a story that starts with a negative bank balance and leads to the top one percent. This book is everything he found in the Quran that nobody showed him growing up.

Change what's within
and reality has no choice
but to follow.
